When you request a withdrawal via the app, your order is usually processed immediately. Your shares will then be sold at the next available trading window, which takes place on weekdays between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please note that orders placed after or during this trading period may only be processed on the next trading day.

According to general stock market practices, it usually takes two banking days for the proceeds of the sale to be credited in value date terms—this applies to ETF shares, stocks, and other exchange-traded products. After the partial sale is successfully completed, the amount is typically credited to your reference account within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may cause delays in processing times.
