How long does a payout take?

If you make a withdrawal in your app, it will usually be processed immediately and your shares will be sold according to your withdrawal amount at the next trading window (weekdays between 3.30 pm – 6.00 pm).

After the partial sale has been executed, it usually takes 2-5 working days for your money to be credited to your reference account. Please note that public holidays and weekends can unfortunately delay the processing time.
