I have a new mobile phone – what do I have to do?
If you started the registration process with a different phone and
are now using a new device, please do the following for security
reasons in order for all features of the UnitPlus app to work:
1. Uninstall the UnitPlus app and download it again
2. Before logging in, click on “New device?”
3. Answer the three questions
4. Set a new PIN (this can also be the old one)
5. Now log back into your UnitPlus app with your email address and PIN
6. Now everything should work as usual
