Experiences with UnitPlus

Brilliant idea and excellent customer service.
I am a relatively new customer at Unit Plus and find their offerings highly interesting. So far, I have only experienced the very friendly customer service, which responds immediately to inquiries and is very helpful. This ensures that there is always a competent contact person available. I plan to deposit larger amounts here and will update this review accordingly.

Invest with ease! Excellent system!
I don't want to manage my invested money daily, nor do I need to with UnitPlus, as this is automatically handled by the various portfolios. Depending on the level of risk I wish to take with my investments, I have the option to choose between different portfolios. Another great feature is that I can make direct payments with the money and receive 0.10% back from the purchase value. The customer service is exceptionally fast for minor issues during registration, which I appreciated very much.

Opening the account via the app worked very well. The video identification process was also very fast and without any issues. You can decide which portfolio or whether you want the CashPlus 2.0 savings account when installing the app, and you can change it later as well. The Mastercard debit card also arrived very quickly. I have been using the account for 2 months now and I am very satisfied. When I transfer money to my UnitPlus account in the morning, it is in the account by the evening of the same day.

I have only had the account for about 1 month. I am satisfied so far. Setting up the account was quick and straightforward via an online contact (German-speaking), and therefore no contracts had to be sent back and forth. The interest rates are promising, and the app is easy to use.

I am satisfied with the beginning, and the development is allowed to continue as is. So far, I have not regretted my decision. The survey comes six months too early. The period up to now is too short to make any truly concrete statement.
