Schufa entry
A Schufa entry is an entry in which a person or company’s credit rating (or creditworthiness) is recorded. Such an entry can be either positive or negative. Most of the time, entries are positive, for example, if you regularly pay your cell phone contract or successfully repay your loan. A negative Schufa entry indicates that a person has defaulted on an agreement and lowers their credit score.
