Rebalancing
Since different asset classes also have different risk-return profiles, asset classes do not perform identically to each other. Therefore, to prevent your portfolio from deviating too much and to ensure that your risk profile does not deviate too much from the original allocation of the overall portfolio, your portfolio is subjected to a so-called rebalancing. An asset allocation strategy enables the initial distribution of the assets to be achieved again by rebalancing.
