Aion Bank with its branch in Germany is a company established and existing under German law, registered in the Commercial Register of the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main under the address p/o Tribes Frankfurt Basler, Basler Straße 10, 60329 Frankfurt, which acts as a branch of Aion Bank S.A. Belgium. In Germany, the branch is also supervised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) as a credit institution pursuant to Section 53b of the German Banking Act (KWG). Finax, o.c.p., a.s., has its registered office at Bajkalská 19B, 821 01 Bratislava, Slovakia and is supervised by the Slovak National Bank as a financial portfolio institution. The German branch of Aion Bank S.A. acts as custodian of the funds and ETFs together with Citi Bank as cash agent and KBC BANK NV/SA, Belgium, as sub-custodian.
