What is the legal structure of UnitPlus?

UnitPlus is registered in the Berlin Commercial Register (Charlottenburg) and is licensed as a financial investment broker in accordance with §34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), which is monitored by the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Our partner bank is Aion Bank S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland, a company incorporated and existing under German law, registered at the Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main and serving as a branch of Aion Bank S.A., a Belgian credit institution authorized by the European Central Bank and supervised by the National Bank of Belgium. In Germany, the branch is also supervised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) as a credit institution in accordance with Section 53b of the German Banking Act (KWG). In addition, Finax o.c.p., a.s. is our partner for portfolio management. Finax has its registered office at Bajkalská 19B, 821 01 Bratislava, Slovakia and is supervised by the Slovak National Bank as a financial portfolio institution.
