What happens after the end of the term in September 2027?

When all bonds in the portfolio have matured, FestPlus and thus the ETF are delisted from the stock exchange. The amount invested is repaid and credited to the cash portion in the UnitPlus account. The money can then either be reinvested or transferred to your bank account. There are no redemption costs.
