Is a Schufa entry generated when I register with UnitPlus?

Since you are opening a securities account with us and not a traditional checking account, this is not subject to the Schufa check and will not be entered here either.

The background is, that the securities account is only managed on a “debit basis”. This means that you can only buy securities (in our case ETF portfolios) with an existing balance on the securities account. Due to the lack of overdraft facility, the bank does not require any credit-relevant information and accordingly no Schufa entry is made.
