What happens if I want to return an item purchased with my UnitPlus card?
If you return an item and are refunded the selling price, the corresponding amount will be automatically credited back to your portfolio after a few days. Please understand that this may take a few days, as we also reinvest your money directly into the portfolio you selected. By the way, this also happens if you pay at a gas station or deposit your UnitPlus card in a hotel, for example. If the reserved amount differs from the actual amount, UnitPlus will automatically charge back the difference after a few days.
