How will the costs be invoiced?
As with many other banks and asset managers, our costs are billed
monthly. Both the monthly costs (2 EUR) and the portfolio
management costs (0.5% annually) are summarized in your monthly
invoice, after the end of any trial period, and made available to
you in your mailbox in the app.
This usually happens at the beginning of the following month. If you have made cash withdrawals from ATMs, you will also see this item on your bill.
In terms of portfolio management costs, this means that the 0.5% is distributed over the 365 days of the year. Your portfolio value is recorded daily and then billed monthly. For the sake of simplicity and because the percentage value would otherwise be very small and difficult to understand, it is usually stated annually.
