What kind of investment income do investors earn with UnitPlus Business?
Even though the investment in UnitPlus Business basically works
like an account deposit from the company’s point of view, all
deposits are used to purchase investment funds that provide a
money market return. All withdrawals are financed by returning
these fund units. The fund units are held for the account of the
investing companies.
Therefore, companies in UnitPlus Business do not earn interest
income from the transfer of capital, but income from investment
funds, i.e. in particular income from the increase in value when
the fund units are returned and from the so-called advance lump
sum. As investments are currently made exclusively in accumulating
investment funds, no income is generated from distributions.
