What happens to my companies money when I make a deposit?
Deposits are made to the deposit account at Citi Bank (so-called “Omnibus Account”). All deposits are then allocated accordingly via the respective purpose of use, which can be found in the UnitPlus web application. All the necessary information is displayed in the UnitPlus Business web application. This money is then used to purchase units in the Goldman Sachs money market fund. The shares are held in the company custody account at the Caceis custodian bank. Company liquidity never comes into contact with UnitPlus accounts or any other banking account in accordance with regulatory requirements.
